Beliefs about self

Positive effect

It really gives it gives you an indication of where you are. (S1)

Yeah, even if it wasn't sufficient, it validates the parts that were good (S50)

Negative effect

You don't feel you're good enough, and you get anxious, and then after that, guilty (S18)

You can be a little bit like, kicked in the face when you're like, “God, I'm really not doing that good” (S5)

Beliefs about Learning

Positive effect

I feel like more enthusiastic to attend tutorials, I feel more enthusiastic to do further reading on the topic. And then I probably because of doing further reading, like, have more of an interest in that topic (S36)

Negative effect

It's kind of hard to show care about it, and that doesn't help you work when you know that it's gonna be like that (vague feedback) (S39)
