We extracted the pulmonary oedema in your lungs and took it for assay. We found some cancerous cells in the pulmonary oedema and diagnosed that you have lung cancer.

Is that confirmed? It’s not possible it could be anything else? Because it is quite impossible. I am young, right? I have children to take care of and I have a lot to do for my family. I cannot have cancer.
