This choice was to be used if the respondents felt they were not privy to such knowledge. The number of the respondents who chose “Not applicable” for each subject was excluded from the total count for this subject when the percentage was accumulated. The number of the respondents who provided a rating other than “Not applicable” was given after each subject in this figure
