➢ Appeal to the Department of Institutional Strategy at MBRU to allocate emoluments in form of funds to support faculty training in innovative teaching techniques including flipped model of teaching. |
➢ Demonstrate to the faculty members through faculty development workshops, how implementation of flipped-model of teaching can lead to better student performance, as most of our current students are deep-learners and favour flipped-model of teaching. (Akhras et al., unpublished observations) |
