Students’ usage of digital services when working with fellow students. Usage of digital services for collaboration with fellow students. Intranet groups are offered in the university’s Sharepoint intranet for all students and employees. LMS groups are offered in the learning management system aimed for collaborative work between students and with the teachers. Social media groups are offered by external providers such as Facebook and LinkedIn. File-sharing tools are e.g. Dropbox and Google Drive aimed at only sharing files such as documents and spread sheets whereas shared document processing tools are services provided for collaborative and synchronic work, e.g. Google Docs. Email is used for asynchronous communication and document exchange between the students. The usage is given as percentage of students who use each of these services.
