“Hub and spokes” model adapted to LMIC educational efforts. Coordinated efforts by RCC volunteers enabled creation of the IMRT 2.0 curriculum, forming the bulk of the hub. Partnering with 25 centers across Africa and LATAM generated primary spokes. The work invested in creation of the hub will continue to impact patient care as primary spokes act as regional leaders training others
