The ability to have notifications straight to their phone, without logging in was also a benefit

“In a way it made me more productive because I was already going to be scrolling through Facebook but now I'm scrolling through looking at learning resources.”

Some users of the platform had previously closed Facebook when working and didn’t like learning resources on the platform

“I tend not to go on social media whilst I'm trying to do work, um, because of its distracting nature. Um, I think that was kind of the weaknesses.”
