VirSim TEE training system, the fourth-generation TEE simulator, developed by Department of Anesthesiology at the West China Hospital of Sichuan University and Chengdu Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The educational package of TEE simulator consists of a manikin, a TEE stationary, and a TEE simulation probe. It satisfied the needs of TEE 20 standard views for teaching and practice, cardiac clinical cases learning, 17 segments of the left ventricle learning etc.
