The study flow. This is a figure showing how a sample was obtained for the study. There were 179 medical students registered for the 2018/2019 academic year. Among these 33 were not available at the university during the study period therefore 145 students were screened for eligibility. Out of the 145, 10 did not consent to participate leaving a total of 135 fifth year medical students recruited into the study
