MBI-EX: MBI-emotional exhaustion; MBI-CY:MBI-cynicism; MBI-PE:MBI-professional efficacy. The area with blue shadowing indicates clinical burnout or abnormally low professional efficacy. Low SOC: residents with a score of ≤45 on 10 items of the SOC scale (SOC10); High SOC: residents with a score > 45 on the SOC10.
