Mentee self-assessment survey shows “Perceived Deficits” and “Perceived Growth” after 12 months. The graph depicts averages from the raw data obtained from the mentee self-assessment survey (Likert scale) (N = 26). “Perceived Deficits” were defined as responses for specific skills that were less than 3 (scale of 1 to 5), where 1 indicated “needs improvement” and 5 indicated “highly proficient”. “Perceived Growth” was defined as a positive change in scores (scale of 1 to 5) from baseline to 12 months for specific skills. Raw data were analyzed using a paired t-test (P < 0.05)
