Flow-Chart: 111 peer-instructors, 10 medical students and 15 professional trainers evaluated 1087 school children with this checklist. 114 school children forgot their written informed consent and 84 were evaluated by only one assessor. Overall data of 889 summative-assessments were used to calculate inter-rater reliability
